How we handle your data.

Short version: we keep what you send us so we can answer it, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you use the quote form or email us, we receive the details you give us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry — together with the time it was sent and the page it was sent from. The website itself sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why and on what basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and manage offers and contracts, and to keep in touch about the business you have asked us about. That is either the performance of a contract you are entering into with us, or our legitimate interest in running a brokerage business. Where local law requires consent, the tick-box on the form is that consent.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered to our mailbox. We share your details only with the mills, suppliers or buyers involved in a trade you have asked us to arrange, and with service providers (hosting, email, freight) to the extent needed to do the work. We do not sell personal data.

How long

For as long as the business relationship lasts and thereafter as long as commercial and tax law requires us to keep contract records.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, under the data-protection law that applies to you — including Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where relevant, the EU GDPR. Write to trade@valleykraft.tr.
